Automotive News Highlights Dealer Principal of NJ Volvo Dealer in 40 Under 40 List

Prestige Volvo, a leading NJ Volvo dealer, is proud to announce that their Dealer Principal, Matthew C. Haiken, has been recognized in the inaugural 40 Under 40 list issued by Automotive News. The list highlights the 40 highest achievers under age 40 in the automotive industry.

Matthew was raised in the automotive industry at his family’s dealership, Prestige Imports Inc. in East Hanover, NJ. Matthew’s father started the dealership in 1979 and in June of 2005, handed the keys over to him. Since Matthew has been at the helm, new-vehicle sales increased from 511 units in 2008 to 755 last year. The NJ Volvo dealership also won the Volvo President’s Club award in 2009 and 2010.

To grow sales, Haiken tells Automotive News, “I pushed our digital marketing to the modern ages.” Last year, the store was the nation’s top-rated Volvo dealership on dealerrater.com, based on customers’ reviews and Haiken also utilizes Internet newsletters, website chat, social media, search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
